Thank you for your online purchase! Here at PinkThreadz we understand that items may look and fit differently once received. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return it for a STORE CREDIT only. (excluding shipping) or exchange (excluding shipping)

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted 3 days after shipping delivers.

We accept items that have not been worn, washed, odors and altered,

All accessories items are FINAL SALE no Return/Exchanges 

All return items should be sent back insured. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.  All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customers
